Boiler Replacement & Installation

What to expect

Older Colorado Springs homes and many mountain properties run on boilers, baseboard, and radiant floor heat. We replace aging boilers with high-efficiency units, matching output to the actual heat loss of the home and getting the near-boiler piping, venting, and controls right so the system is quiet, efficient, and reliable.

Replacement and installation only — we do not provide general plumbing, plumbing service calls, or new construction plumbing.

Our process

Simple steps, no surprises

  1. 01

    Assess the system

We review the existing boiler, piping, zones, and how the home actually heats.

  2. 02

    Design the replacement

Output, venting, and piping are planned to match the home, not just the old nameplate.

  3. 03

    Install carefully

New boiler set, near-boiler piping rebuilt as needed, venting and controls completed.

  4. 04

    Balance and verify

Zones are tested and balanced, and we confirm safe, efficient operation before we leave.

Helpful answers

Boiler Replacement & Installation FAQs

Do you replace boilers only, or service them too?

We replace and install boilers. We are not a general plumbing company and do not take plumbing service calls.

Should I switch from boiler to forced air?

Not usually. Hydronic heat is comfortable and quiet; if the distribution is sound, replacing the boiler is typically the better value.

How long does a boiler replacement take?

Most residential replacements are completed in one to two days depending on piping and venting work.
